Learning new ropes, knowing new people, gaining friends, adjusting to a whole new environment... I did. And im happy.
The past few weeks, I got to really know the rest of the staff as ive come to work with them. I like Cyra so much. We connect, and working with her is so much fun, just like nerissa’s. I feel like I can say and do anything with her. We are both PGN’s [haha!], and Nerissa is our senior PGN!=) Sir Dennis is so easy to be with. He and Ma’m Kuh [his gurl] are super bait. Ma’m Andrea is the quiet but easy to get along with, sobra. Ma’m Mae is the crazy one, as well as Ma’m Arcille. You wouldn’t even hesitate nor think twice in talking with them. They are cool. Our NA’s, ate edith is my fave, ate cathy is makulit, while ate Cecile.. well, I dunno what to say about her, I don’t wanna be mean so, ‘nuf said. =) and hey, about Christer and Jayson, they are my friends way before pa. and im super million dollar glad to work with them.

Again, for the past few weeks, I have been pulled-out to IMU a lot of times already, maybe six or several times na. I luv the people there, especially Ma’m Glenda [the headnurse], Ma’m Abby, Ma’m Gwen, Sir Mario, Sir Joseph and Sir Percy!!! Haha. Haven’t got a chance to work with Sir Asher and the rest yet. I become at home with the IMU – the way do things there, and I am deeply emancipated with the procedures there, a lot are totally alien to me. I hope I could be an IMU staff, well, soon. Just not yet you know, I feel like I lack the experience and knowledge. I’ve got so much to learn pa.
Just last week, ive got a surprise visit from Ma’m Delia [our hospital chief nurse], she has been doin’ rounds asking nurses regarding the procedures and especially the medicines given to the patient and the famous E-cart meds. Well you should have seen my dainty shaking hands and intense heartbeat as she asked me to enumerate one by one the E-cart meds and their uses in Emergency situations. Huhu I did half terrible. The worst. I felt bad, but not half as bad being scolded by her. You see, she’s mabait. I dunno why I was rattled. Im such an idiot sumtimes. The second day that she did the rounds, she selected Mam andrea and did her usual inquiries about e-cart meds, and she called me up ordering me to save Andrea in case Andrea can’t answer. hehe im not scaredy cat anymore, I answered every question with a smile. You know Ma’m Delia is right. We should never stop learning, and reading, and asking. The confidence those learning do to us is superb. And the fact that Ma’m Delia is such a sweet and smart woman made me feel at ease in dealing with her. She was just like me years ago, and look where she is now bec she is hardworking, and I wanna be like her. =) some praises, huh?
